During this half day presentation to business leaders in Louisiana, he talked about personal strategies to maintain wellness, reduce chronic disease, increase alertness to chronic alcohol abuse, and strategies to feed your families well. At the start of the program, he talked about his own family growing up in New York, the influence of his mother and father, and the importance of cooking at home, and eating as a family.
