Some patients are prone to mouth ulcers, which can be rather painful. This may contribute to reduced calories and weight loss (see anorexia). My personal recommendation is to use Kenalog Orabase Dental Paste, which requires a prescription. There are other lesions that affect the mouth so it may require a quick visit to the office before we fill the prescription for you.
